PaymentYou will receive your invoice within ten working days of receipt of your completed registration form. Full payment is required within 21 days of the date of invoice.* Please quote your invoice number with your payment, to ensure your credit is correctly allocated. * All payments will be processed in Japanese Yen (JPY). * G-MAC Inc. is the conference organizer for the FPL Japan Electronic Trading Summit and will bill and collect fees on behalf of FPL Japan. |

Cancellation PolicyCancellation may only be granted with written notification to the conference organizer.* Cancellation requested by September 24, 2008: 100% refund of registration fees (minus a handling charge). * Cancellation requested after September 25, 2008: The registrant will be unable to receive a refund. * All refunds will be granted after the event. * The registration will be cancelled if the event organizer is unable to confirm the payment within 2 weeks of sending the invoice. |
